Receptionist (PT- Wed-Fri 9 AM - 4:30 PM)

Pet Supplies Plus is looking for an energetic individual to provide administrative support to our headquarters staff and our customers (who we call "Neighbors" at Pet Supplies Plus). The role is part of a collaborative team seeking to provide quality service exemplifying the qualities of our core values PAW Print- Neighborly, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy & Petcentric.  

The Part-Time Receptionist key responsibilities include day-to-day answering of front desk calls, shipping and receiving, filing and other administrative tasks.

This position would be required in office, Wednesday-Friday 9:00AM-4:30PM at our Livonia, MI based headquarters which we call Pet Central.

PAWsome Receptionist candidates will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of administrative work experience.
• Strong project management skills including prioritizing work and time management.
• Excellent work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with internal team and external vendors and neighbors.
