Supply Chain Coordinator (Part-Time Mon- Wed 24 hours/week between 7 AM - 6 PM)

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Coordinator at Pet Central (headquarters) in Livonia, MI. The part-time Supply Chain Admin Coordinator will work a 20-25 hour per week in-office schedule primarily Monday- Wednesday with flexible hours between 7 AM – 6 PM assisting with reporting, analytics and small supply chain projects. Opporunity to work some remote hours on Thursdays and Fridays.

 Primary responsibilities include:

• Item set-up and maintenance in the ERP system.
• Maintaining daily/weekly inventory reporting.
• Creating and maintain Key Performance Indicator and Pet Partner (vendor) score carding templates.
• Collaborating with Distribution Center teams on Over Short  & Damaged (OS&D) product management.
• General daily office work to support the busy team .

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and a minimum of an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) are required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Must be extremely detailed and organized
• Must have the ability to follow instructions well and make decisions without supervision
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and support the team.
• Strong analytical thinker.
