Pet Supplies Plus is looking for an Integrated Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team. This role will support the development of our omnichannel marketing strategy, executing online, offline, and in-store experiences that strengthen our relationships with Neighbors, Team Members, Pet Partners, and Franchisees. Acting as a strategic partner, this role will facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, merchandising, store operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and impactful execution.
Reporting to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, this position will focus on supporting stores through cross-channel marketing strategies and campaign creation, while also assisting with channel management and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with retail, startup, franchise, or agency experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer engagement and brand storytelling.
