The Loyalty Marketing Specialist in a hybrid role working out of Pet Central, our corporate headquarters in Livonia, MI. The hybrid schedule is Monday- Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote. This position plays a key role in managing the tactical operations of our loyalty program, executing campaigns from start to finish, and delivering insights to optimize performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive neighbor engagement and retention. This team member must possess strong attention to detail and top-notch problem-solving skills to be successful in this role.
