Supply Chain Operations Analyst -Hybrid Role (Monday- Wednesday in Office)

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Operations & Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, Store Operations, Transportation, New Store Development, and Inventory teams. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to drive process improvements through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The Supply Chain Analysts key responsibilities include:

• Manage Initial Stocking Orders (ISOs) and Additional Stocking Orders (ASOs) for new stores, remodels, relocations, expansions, acquisitions, and conversions.
• Coordinate store opening timelines with New Store Development, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, distributors, and vendors.
• Develop and execute supply orders, fixture-related inventory plans, and store support materials.
• Create, print, and distribute planogram boxes, labels, maps, and operational documents required for store openings.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Updating the PSPD Store Supply Catalog, to include the addition & removal of store supplies within the store facing catalog
• Managing and Updating Item Master Data, Manage case-pack, unit-of-measure, and catalog maintenance requests that impact distribution and store execution
• Additional Responsibilities as Required

PAWSOME Supply Chain Analysts candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ plus years of supply chain or business experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis; experience with AI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
