Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Business Analyst to join our eCommerce team. This role will assist in defining requirements for new digital capabilities and ensuring the quality across the Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N’ Wash websites. The Business analyst will work alongside a team of individuals under the guidance of our eCommerce Product Manager. This role will work across a varied group of stakeholders to meet with, gather and document business requirements; document test plans and test cases; participate in quality assurance test execution; develop and maintain support documentation; and provide support in line with, and after, we launch new capabilities to the website. Must be a detail-oriented, hands-on team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to learn as we grow and share a relentless pursuit of achieving our defined vision and goals.
